With the reality of a shrinking population and the subsequent decrease in housing, we are now facing an era where maintenance takes precedence over mere construction. 

NINEWORKS Inc. is emerging as a data-driven prop-tech company in the fields of FM (facility management) and PM (property management). We are dedicated to advancing integrated maintenance and operational services for residential and commercial buildings, aiming to maximize user convenience and empower management companies. To achieve this, we are actively pursuing a long-term service roadmap to establish an integrated system for facility management, financial management, HR management and energy management by 2030.

Main Services

o HiBiLL (launched in November '21) 

An ERP system specifically designed for facility management companies (B2B) of online management offices. Within just one year of its release, it has gained 9,454 users and achieved a cumulative managed maintenance fee of 4.1 billion KRW.

o WiseBiLL (scheduled for release in '23)

A service that calculates the appropriate management fees for self-governed residential communities and offers a matching service with maintenance experts.

o EasyBiLL (scheduled for release in '24)

A dedicated management system aimed at efficiently managing rental buildings, providing a user-friendly interface and experience for non-expert lessors and lessees.

o LadderMan (scheduled for release in '25) 

A revolutionary platform that significantly improves the process of finding and matching facility maintenance experts, reducing dependency on various search methods & environment.
